LAMENESS AMONG EQUINES (In Brief)

Dr. Rakesh Pattu, BVSc & AH Study on File 9/20/2005

study was to test the efficacy of the ingredients in Serraquin ES15™ in ameliorating their condition.

SERRAQUIN ES15™ was formulated for Steel Horse Formulations LLC

horses were given the ingredients in Serraquin ES15 powder at 10 grams orally three times daily for a period of 7 days.
No other analgesic, anti-inflammatory or moist dressings were used.

3) Five out of six horses showed complete recovery and one horse continued to show lameness.

The results are as follows:

Number             Name                          Diagnosis                                                 Remarks

Study on File 4/18/2006

Dr. Surajit Basu BVSC & AH

In a study of a 16-year-old gelding and a 7-year-old mare, both presenting with lameness, the
combination of proteolytic enzymes in Serraquin ES15™ demonstrated effectiveness in reducing pain &
inflammation. In addition, the product demonstrates fibrinolytic activity and improves microcirculation to the affected areas.
